Molded-in dovetails and eight traverses included with the Cambro CPA183664VS4480 polymer shelving unit enable installation with existing Camshelving® Premium units. The post kit comes preassembled and is constructed of steel and polypropylene for durability. With an overall capacity of 2,000 pounds, this unit can accommodate a range of kitchen supplies, and because it’s safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can hold dry ingredients in a pantry as well as fresh produce in a cooler or freezer.
The Cambro CPA183664VS4480 add-on shelving unit includes one solid and three louvered shelf plates for versatile holding. Openings in the vented shelves enable air circulation to provide uniform product temperatures in a freezer and reduced dust accumulation in dry kitchen areas. The final shelf plate is solid—great for holding leaky product, small items, and linens. Each shelf accommodates 800 pounds.
