This shelving system can be used in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's safe to store in pantries, dishrooms, and walk-in coolers or freezers. To expedite setup, wedges and post connectors come preassembled—10 traverses and five bags of eight dovetails are included with the kit.
