Dexter Russell S145-10Y-PCP Description
The Dexter Russell S145-10Y-PCP Sani-Safe® chef's knife has a wide, stiff blade that tapers to a point, so it's ideal for general, all-purpose prep work. Great for slicing, chopping, dicing, and mincing, the blade has unique edge geometry that provides sharp and accurate cuts. It's designed to be used with a gentle, rocking motion that's ergonomically designed for users. Because the blade is made of high-carbon steel, it supports heavy use without corroding. Comfortable for users, the handle is made of textured, slip-resistant polypropylene. This knife's handle is yellow to support color-coded prep systems.
