Dexter Russell S145-10T-PCP Description
Because of its 10-inch length and wide, stiff design that tapers to a point, the blade on this Dexter Russell S145-10T-PCP Sani-Safe® chef's knife is ideal for general dicing, slicing, mincing, and chopping. This blade shape promotes ergonomic cutting in a gentle, rocking motion, and the unique edge geometry ensures all cuts are sharp and accurate. Made of high-carbon steel, the blade is corrosion resistant and durable. To create a comfortable, slip-resistant grip, the handle is constructed of textured polypropylene. It comes in tan, which can be used in color-coded prep systems.
