Ideal for all-purpose prep work, the Dexter Russell S145-10C-PCP Sani-Safe® 10-inch chef's knife has a wide, stiff blade that tapers to a point. Because of this design, the knife can be used to slice, dice, mince, and chop in a gentle, rocking motion. The blade's unique edge geometry ensures cuts are sharp and accurate, and the high-carbon steel construction is durable and corrosion resistant.
