Measuring 10 inches long with a wide, stiff design that tapers to the point, the blade of this Dexter Russell S145-10R-PCP Sani-Safe® chef's knife can be used for all-purpose prep work. It's great for slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping applications, and the unique edge geometry ensures cuts are accurate and sharp. This knife cuts ergonomically when cooks use a gentle, rocking motion during prep. Made of high-carbon steel, the blade is strong and resistant to corrosion. Because the handle is constructed of textured polypropylene, it's comfortable to grip with durability for heavy use. Ideal for color-coded prepping systems, the handle is red.
