Designed for use in medium- and high-volume establishments, the Scotsman FS0822AX-1/AP2-P ice machine head can produce 800 pounds of ice each day in ideal conditions. Because it makes flake ice, this unit is a good choice for locations such as smoothie shops and bars that produce large volumes of blended, frozen products. For durability against corrosion and dents, the unit's exterior is made of stainless steel and features sealed internal bearings for minimized maintenance requirements. The AP2-P water filter is included with this unit.
The Scotsman FS0822AX-1/AP2-P Prodigy Plus® ice machine head has a unit-specific QR code used to access troubleshooting and support materials quickly, as well as warranty records for the unit. Its refrigeration system is front breathing and the air filter is front accessible, meaning this machine can be installed with no side clearance required.
