Measuring 22 inches in width, the Scotsman FS0822WX-1/AP2-P flake ice machine head can produce 775 pounds of ice each day in optimal conditions. Because it's water cooled and produces flake ice, this machine is highly efficient and uses energy use better than air-cooled or cube ice machines. Its exterior is finished in stainless steel for durability, and it features sealed bearings for minimized maintenance. Operating with a self-contained condenser, this unit exhausts heat and noise in the immediate vicinity, though it is simple to install and requires no additional equipment, coolant lines, or building modifications.
For streamlined troubleshooting and maintenance, Scotsman FS0822WX-1/AP2-P flake ice maker has a unit-specific QR code that provides users with access to user manuals and warranty history information on the unit. If maintenance is needed, the unit alerts users with built-in indicating lights. For sanitary operation, it has a sealed refrigeration system and is enhanced with an antimicrobial to resist the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. The AP2-P water filter is included with this unit.
