The Scotsman MC1848SA-32 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head can make as much as 1,909 pounds of small-sized ice cubes in 24 hours. With a one-touch cleaning switch, the operator can start the cleaning process, and an antimicrobial agent slows bacterial growth on the internal components between cleanings. Operators can use the ICELINQ® app which provides real-time diagnostics, access to settings, and cleaning and maintenance guidance, while the built-in AutoAlert™ indicator lights communicate operation status.

For general maintenance, a self-aligning front panel on the Scotsman MC1848SA-32 provides full accessibility to key internal components. Its air filter is also located on the front for user-friendly changeouts. Inside the unit, WaterSense purge control reduces unwanted minerals and sediment in ice to minimize scale for better tastes and odors. Designed to fit on top of a storage bin, it is 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 24 inches high for a secure mount.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
