In ideal conditions, the Scotsman MC0722SA-32 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head produces as much as 758 pounds of ice every 24 hours. It makes half-cube ice, which is popular in soft drinks for its ability to cool drinks quickly. To ensure ice is as clean and clear as possible, WaterSense purge control reduces scale buildup inside the head. This unit is air cooled, so it uses less water and energy than a water-cooled unit.

AutoAlert™ indicator lights provide operational status information on the Scotsman MC0722SA-32 half-cube ice maker, while an industry-exclusive QR code instantly connects users with service information and the machine's warranty history. Because the air filter is located on the front, operators can conveniently access the internal components for cleaning and maintenance. The interior surfaces have an antimicrobial coating that helps prevent bacteria from growing and contaminating ice.
