The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/B530P/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine and bin has a rotocast plastic construction and stainless steel finish. The ice machine can make 365 pounds of ice daily, and the Harvest Assist feature uses a probe and hot gas to guide ice into the bin, efficiently providing a continual supply. It has an air-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system with a front-located air filter that provides better air flow than a rear- or side-located filter. The WaterSense feature analyzes and adjusts the water quality to minimize scale buildup. For intuitive control over the ice maker, Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app provides dashboard access, step-by-step cleaning, and control options. The AutoAlert™ lights keep the user informed and alerted when sanitizing, descaling, and other maintenance is needed. To facilitate cleaning, the sanitizing process runs with the push of a button and a built-in antimicrobial protects the unit between cleanings.
The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/B530P/AP1-P bin has a 536-pound storage capacity and spring-loaded doors with hidden hinges that simplify opening and closing. The baffle can be removed for cleaning, and the recessed drain fitting provides flexible installation. An ice scoop is included and an integral holder stores the scoop above the ice. This unit includes the AP1-P water filter.
