The Scotsman MC0330MWX-1/B530P/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine and bin have a stainless steel and rotocast plastic construction. The ice bin has a 536-pound storage capacity and polyurethane insulation between the liner and walls to slow the melting process. It has spring-loaded doors with hidden hinges to make opening and closing easy. The polyethylene interior remains sanitary and facilitates cleaning. It comes with an ice scoop and a built-in holder to keep the scoop out of the ice. The removable baffle does not need tools for cleaning and the recessed drain fitting creates flexible installation.
The Scotsman MC0330MWX-1/B530P/AP1-P ice machine makes 372 pounds of ice daily and has a water-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system. Its cleaning process runs with the push of a button, and an antimicrobial is built into the unit to keep it sanitized between cleanings. The AutoAlert™ lights notify the user when the unit needs sanitizing, descaling, and other maintenance. To reduce scale buildup, the WaterSense feature analyzes and corrects the water quality. The Harvest Assist feature uses hot gas and a probe to provide a continual ice supply. Operators can use Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to connect to the ice maker’s dashboard and settings and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning. On the front of the unit, the QR code has warranty and technical service information. The AP1-P water filter is included with this unit.
