The Scotsman MC0330SWX-1/B530P/AP1-P ice maker with bin can make 372 pounds in 24 hours since Harvest Assist technology quickly moves ice from the machine head to the bin. This unit is part of the Prodigy ELITE® series. Antimicrobial protection slows bacteria growth between cleanings, and purge control helps prevent scale from building up. Operators can clean the unit with the push of a button. Designed to ease ice maker operation, routine cleaning, and servicing, Scotsman has a mobile app available for download. With this ICELINQ® app, operators can access dashboard information, change unit settings, and go through an intuative step-by-step cleaning process.
The Scotsman MC0330SWX-1/B530P/AP1-P ice maker with bin can hold 536 pounds, and its spring-loaded door provides access to the ice. This door has hidden hinges, eliminating crevices that can be difficult to clean. A holder is included in the bin, so operators can store the scoop separately from the ice. This unit includes the AP1-P water filter.
