Hatco S-36 Description
Using an adjustable immersion thermostat, water temperatures in the Hatco S-36 Imperial booster water heater reach 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This heat is intended for high-temperature dishwashers and can be lowered to 140 degrees Fahrenheit for low-temperature dishwashers. Heat stays in the tank with a built-in heat trap and fiberglass insulation. This unit is operated using the temperature-relief valve and pressure-reducing valve.
The Hatco S-36 booster water heater is protected by a high-temperature limit control and a low-water cut-off feature, which shut off the elements in hazardous conditions. For ideal operation, this unit can be monitored using a pilot indicator light and two pressure gauges. The tank is lined with Castone® to reduce limescale buildup—often present in water-using equipment—and the body is finished in heavy-duty, powder-coated hammertone.
