Hatco S-27 Description
With its built-in heat trap and fiberglass insulation, the Hatco S-27 Imperial booster water heater reaches temperatures of 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitation. The Castone®-lined tank deters limestone buildup over years of wet usage. When the water gets low, the unit stops heating to prevent the elements from burning out. This unit is protected by a high-temperature limit control.
Finished with silver powder-coated hammertone, the Hatco S-27 booster water heater resists scratches and its front panel is made of durable stainless steel. This unit can be monitored with two pressure gauges and a pilot indicator light, and the temperature can be adjusted on the thermostat. The heater is operated with a power switch, a temperature-relief valve, and a pressure-reducing valve.
