Hatco C-27 Compact Booster Water Heater, 6 Gallon, 27 kW, 208v/3ph

The Hatco C-27 compact booster heater ensures rinse water reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit to sanitize dishes in warewashers, holding 6 gallons of water. When temperature or pressure exceeds ideal levels, the valve lowers pressure by releasing water from the tank. If water levels are too low, the cut-off feature shuts off power to the heating element to prevent burnout, and an indicator light informs the operator if the heater is on or off.

This booster heater retains heat with fiberglass insulation, and the front panel is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability through high-volume use. Its durable powder coating resists scratches while this panel has a swing-away design that enables maintenance access to internal components. For elevation off the dishroom floor, the Hatco C-27 compact booster heater has 6-inch legs.
