The porcelain enamel interior of the MoTak MCO-1-SGL single full-size gas convection oven enhances durability and simplifies cleaning. A two-speed fan motor circulates heat evenly for consistent results, and five chrome racks fit into 10 positions spaced 1 1⁄2 inches apart. A solid state thermostat regulates temperatures from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
Designed for flexibility, the MoTak MCO-1-SGL convection oven runs on natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit. Electronic spark ignition ensures quick startup and efficient operation. Double-pane thermal glass windows help retain heat, while independent stainless steel doors provide easy access. A 60-minute timer tracks bake times accurately, and adjustable bullet feet keep the oven stable.
