True Refrigeration TS-49-HC Description
The True TS-49-HC reach-in refrigerator features solid stainless steel doors that self-close to keep cold air in the cabinet, while its interior is lined with stainless steel that is quick to wipe down. In the door frame, magnetic gaskets snap in to create a strong seal and can be removed without tools for cleaning. Its floor and six shelves, which can be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments, support and organize food in the cabinet. The set internal temperature ranges from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is shown on the external digital display.
Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the True TS-49-HC two-section refrigerator maintains cool temperatures, and this type of natural refrigerant is kinder to the environment than synthetic, traditional options. Capillary tubes regulate the refrigerant flow, and for consistent cooling, evaporator and condenser fans circulate air at a constant rate. Its bottom-mounted condensing unit does not require a stool or ladder for maintenance access, enabling dry storage space on the top of the unit.
To help maintain the condensing coil over time, the condensing fan motor blows air on the coil when the compressor initially turns on to help eliminate debris, dust, and dirt. A cleaner coil can operate more efficiently while using less energy, and it can be managed over time with general preventative maintenance practices.

Should have bought sooner!!
My old True T49 unit was 20 years old noisy didn't run very well. This was so quiet I don't even know it's on sometimes. Do unit came down to temperature in like 15 minutes.
The single worst purchase in our restaurant's history.
This unit has not worked, ever. While the machine appears to operate, it offers no cooling power whatsoever. It has never dropped temperatures a single degree. We received the delivery over ten days ago, and although we called back the same day (to both True and KaTom) and have been communicating with customer support, True Warranty, and True technicians since then, no one has been capable of providing repair, return, or replacement. We are supposed to resume our standard catering service for a wedding in four days, and have just been informed that no one can even evaluate this unit until Wednesday. We invested the additional money in this equipment because it was supposed to be at the top of its class. I have never been so disappointed in a product or a service.
Completely Pleased
We use this in the fellowship hall kitchen at our church. Everyone that uses it gets their own shelf. It works so well that it could be used as a freezer-Cools great.
