Summit SCRR492 Description
The Summit SCRR492 two-section refrigerator is made of stainless steel inside and out, so it is extremely durable to resist scarring, bending, and rust, working great in busy commercial kitchens. Its two doors self-close to prevent unwanted temperature changes and, if the doors are left open, the refrigerator beeps to notify users. It beeps three times after 30 seconds, five times after 60 seconds, and continuously after 5 minutes, ensuring the problem is fixed as soon as possible.
Inside the Summit SCRR492 reach-in refrigerator, product rests on eight shelves and the floor. Lights illuminate the space so users can find what they need quickly, while adjustable defrost cycles prevent ice buildup. For even cooling, fans in the top circulate cold air through each shelf and around every item, lowering them to the same temperature level. This level is adjustable from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit and can be viewed on the LED display; users can find records of its lowest and highest points over 15-minute periods.
