I Am Very Disappointed...

I had My Stovetop Professionally Installed. Three of the metal posts for the burner knobs were slightly bent, making it difficult to put on and turn the knobs. Two of the burner knobs turned on the Wrong burners. Not thrilled...

I would not buy again

We have used it to store frozen fruit for our fruit smoothies. So disappointed that after 3 weeks it already isn't working.

I would buy again

This was a replacement for the identical one we had that malfunctioned. We're not sure what happened. But, we'd used it since moving to a new home in 2017 and used it for thawing, reheating and heating of frozen veggies. The new one is fine. To our delight it's much quieter than the old one was. We're very happy with it.

Unit is great, but when I tried to talk to customer service, they were less than helpful. I would never shop with KaTom again.

Garbage. Lasted to 3rd year and went Kaput.

We purchased this summit refrigerator for our extra refrigerator in the laundry room to store cold drinks and that's really it. Light use. It lasted 3.5 years and went out completely. Terrible product. Unrepairable.

I would NOT recommend this product

This unit quit cooling after 13 months of minimal use. I spoke with the manufacturer and they said I would need to replace the unit or pay for servicing since it was past it's 12 month warranty. I was very disappointed given the price of the unit. I would NOT recommend this product or Summit Appliances.

Perfect fit for my needs

Bought kitchen cabinets with a smaller than normal microwave cabinet. Apparently you can't just buy a small microwave and cram it on the shelf because of ventilation issues. This microwave was made to be built in and was a great deal for the price. Has more power than my old 'over the stove' unit. Can fit a dinner plate in there, which is as much as we need a microwave for..., warming, defrosting, popcorn.

Very nice, energy efficient fridge!!

We inherited this fridge from the previous owner of our home which we just purchased. The fridge was purchased in November of 2013. It is a marvelous piece of machinery. It is solid, has extremely precise temperature control, and we have never had a problem. My only complaint is that is too small for more than 2. It is very inexpensive to run and is perfect for a dorm room or anyplace you don't have room for a full size.

Looks good, fits in the space I have, keeps wine at proper temp. BUT unit is loud.... for one it has an internal fan to circulate the cold air so internal temp is the same throughout fridge, but this is driving me nuts as it cycles on and off every 5 to 8 seconds. I called Summit about this thinking that its a defect but after speaking with two different people they say this is normal and admitted to me that other people have complained about the same thing. another thing is that it is constantly running, the compressor kicks in every half hour or so and that's noisy as well, and that's after carefully repositioning the tubing in order to eliminate vibration. I'm going to fill unit with more bottles and maybe that will keep the compressor from coming on so often, but I really believe for the price this unit could have been better insulated. Bottom line unit looks good (commercial grade door) fits space perfectly, keeps good temperature BUT is annoyingly noisy.

KaTom: winners! Summit: losers.

Poorly make, sucky quality, horrible MANUFACTURER service, bad packaging, saucy customer service. KATOM made up for all of this, though.

Shelf levels should be set so pop cans can fit upright on the top 3 shelves.

One caveat - exterior of glass door sweats profusely in humid conditions and can puddle underneath bottom edge of door

THIS IS A VISUALLY ATTRACTIVE PRODUCT AT A VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICE POINT. IT IS QUIET AND KEEPS OUR BEVERAGES NICE AND COLD. A GREAT VALUE INDEED.

Nice Appliance

I needed a small unit for a laboratory. I like the digital temp display and it keeps cool within an acceptable range. I would use this at home or in my office. It's nice.

Nice looking but Noisy Beverage cooler

I just bought your glass door beverage cooler for our kitchen bar area. I absolutely love it except for a couple things...before I bought it I called Summit directly & wanted to know how loud it was. They told me that it was the same as a regular refridge. That is absolutely not the case. The fan runs in it about half the time as not & it is loud. Like a big box fan running. Also I needed it for a left hand door & you need to buy a hinge to make that work. Otherwise I really like the cooler...perfect size & very nice looking with glass doors & light.
