True Refrigeration TS-23-1-G-1-HC~FGD01 Description
The True TS-23-1-G-1 reach-in refrigerator has one solid, left-hinged half door on the bottom and one glass left-hinged half door on top. Its bottom glass door is made with double-pane, thermal glass to keep light outside the refrigerator from negatively impacting the temperature inside of the unit, and it provides product visibility without opening the door. Both doors are self-closing and include standard door locks to prevent unauthorized access. Cold air is retained with magnetic gaskets around the frames.
The temperature of the unit is set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while temperature recovery is quick since the evaporator fan motor and large fan blades create high-volume airflow. LED interior lighting brightens the cabinet interior to enhance visibility. PVC-coated, wire shelves adjust to accommodate various product sizes, and the True TS-23-1-G-1 refrigerator has a bottom-mounted condensing unit to simplify maintenance accessibility. Designed to be used with preventative maintenance practices, the compressor fan motor directs air in an opposite direction when turned on. This 20-second motion helps eliminate collection of dust, dust, and debris from the condensing coil to improve its operation.
