True Refrigeration STR2H-4HS Description
Durable to support high-volume operations, the True STR2H-4HS Spec Series® full-height mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior. In the cabinet, six adjustable, chrome shelves hold product, and its half doors have a solid construction while separating the cabinet into smaller sections than full doors. To retain heat, the doors self-close, and they stay open at 120 degrees when users load the cabinet.
This True STR2H-4HS insulated heated cabinet keeps cooked or baked product warm until it is served. Food in the cabinet is heated by a stainless steel element, and low-velocity fans evenly move this heat around the cabinet. Temperatures can be set on a level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic control while users can keep an eye on the temperature with the external display. Mounted on the top of the cabinet, the vent expels steam to adjust the humidity level, and this vent can be manually controlled to suit different applications.
