True Refrigeration STG2H-4HS Description
Designed to hold warm baked and cooked food, this True STG2H-4HS Spec Series® two-section mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel heating element that consistently generates heat. This unit maintains temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit as low-velocity fans circulate warm air around the cabinet. The internal temperature can be displayed externally in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The top vent can be adjusted to control the humidity level.
Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, this True STG2H-4HS heated holding cabinet resists corrosion and dents. The structure is formed by foamed polyurethane insulation that retains warm air. There are four half doors made of stainless steel and that have magnetic gaskets to prevent warm air from escaping. All doors have metal handles for comfortable opening and bolt locks to prevent theft. The doors can stay open past 120 degrees and close on their own. Inside, six chrome-plated wire shelves support product.
