Traulsen RHF232WP-HHS Description
To ensure temperatures are consistent throughout the entire unit, the Traulsen RHF232WP-HHS full-height heated holding cabinet is equipped with an S-shaped element and ducted heating system, promoting airflow to evenly distribute warmth. Thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures heat is retained, reducing the cabinet's energy usage. Operators can use the digital control panel to select a temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as set a temperature range that triggers an alarm if the cabinet strays out of range.
Built on a set of 6-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs, the Traulsen RHF232WP-HHS heated holding cabinet remains stable while food pans are loaded into and removed from its six clear-coat racks. Its entire construction is made from 20-gauge stainless steel, including the Dutch doors located on both sides of the cabinet. Because this unit is a pass thru, it's ideal for placement between two prep stations or between a kitchen area and serving line. To streamline cleaning, the magnetic EZ-Clean door gasket is simply snapped back into place after being pulled away.
