Traulsen RHF232W-HHS Description
The Traulsen RHF232W-HHS two-section heated holding cabinet has solid stainless steel doors that lock to prevent unauthorized access or food tampering. The cabinet's 20-gauge stainless steel construction is insulated with thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane to improve its energy efficiency while the ducted heating system circulates air to prevent cold pockets from forming. Stainless steel, 6-inch legs are individually adjustable to ensure the unit stays level and doesn't shift while food pans are loaded into or retrieved from the racks.
With indicators that show statuses of the fan, heating element, and alarm, the Traulsen RHF232W-HHS heated holding cabinet's digital display provides simple monitoring of the cabinet's functions. Temperatures are shown on a three-digit LED display and can be presented in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The scroll-through menu displays settings and submenus clearly through two lines of text, and startup is streamlined because the unit automatically uses the last temperature setting when it's turned on. A series of alarms is included to notify staff if something is amiss, such as a door being left open or the temperature being too low.
