True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-W-W Description
The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery display case measures 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high, creating a two-section design with one refrigerated section and one dry section. It's primarily made of aluminum with solid wood sides, and it features a front-placed single-pane curved viewing so users can see the interior of the cabinet. Its rear is fitted with two sliding glass doors that feature 12-inch recessed handles for smooth opening or closing. Both the interior and exterior are wrapped in a white powder coating to create an elegant look. It has six adjustable shelves made of wire and coated in PVC, allowing it to hold eight 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and (12) 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans at a time.
Meant to be held at a temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-W-W dual-zone display case is ideal for keeping cakes, pies, and confectionaries in their ideal state until they're sold. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant circulates cold air throughout the system using its capillary tubing and condenser. The condenser can be removed for simple cleaning, and its fan motors can be reversed to expel dust with no extra work required of the operator.
