Fueled with a R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-S-S full-service dual-zone bakery case is designed to keep cakes, pies, and pastries in prime condition by holding at a desired temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. One section of this unit is refrigerated while the other is meant for dry storage. To reduce the workload on its internal mechanics, it has a layer of high-density, polyurethane insulation that's foamed in place. It features an isolated capillary tubing system, while its condenser can be removed from the unit quickly for simple cleaning. To automate the process, it has a reverse fan mode to expel dust and crumbs.

Measuring 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-S-S full-service display case utilizes a three-tiered design to maximize internal storage space.
