With one refrigerated section and one dry section to display a variety of baked goods, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-S-W full-service bakery case features a curved glass front and a series of interior LED lights. Its rear fits two sliding glass doors supplied with 12-inch handles for accessibility. This unit measures 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high. Its rolled steel interior, which is wrapped in a white powder coating, consists of three shelving tiers supported by six PVC-coated wire shelves that can be removed and adjusted depending on needs. It can hold up to eight 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and (12) 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. For durability, its stainless silver exterior is constructed of aluminum and solid wood.

Designed for simple maintenance, the cooling system for the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-S-W bakery case has a removable condensing unit with a specially designed mode that reverses its fans, expelling dust, crumbs, and other debris. It employs an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and uses an isolated capillary tubing system to circulate cold air, holding the interior at a desired temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To reduce the condenser's workload and cut down on electricity costs, it features an internal layer of high-density polyurethane insulation that has been foamed in place.
