The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-B-W full-service dual-zone bakery case ships with six PVC-coated wire shelves; this two-section case is composed of three shelving tiers that are ideal for holding a plethora of pies, cupcakes, and donuts. One section of this unit is refrigerated and one section is designed for dry storage. When all the shelves are assembled, It can hold eight 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and (12) 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. Its lower front is composed of aluminum, while its sides are made of solid wood. Its front also features a large pane of curved glass so that customers can see the case's interior, which is also illuminated by LED lighting. Its exterior sports a black powder coat, while the steel interior features a white powdered coat. Its rear has two sliding glass doors to ensure only employees handle product.

Capillary tubes are isolated and run all along the unit's body, which measures 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high. It also features a layer of high-density polyurethane insulation to ensure cold temperatures are held without constant use of electricity. For maintenance and cleaning, its condenser is fully removable and comes with a reversal mode on its fans to help expel dust and debris.
