In the True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-W-W full-service bakery case, three adjustable wire shelves can hold 150 pounds each, and together, they can accommodate eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans and (12) 18-inch by 12-inch pans, though these are not included with the unit. LED lighting brightens the interior, ensuring guests can see the baked goods through the glass front and end panels. Operators can access the interior through the swing-up front glass or sliding rear doors.
The True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-W-W bakery display case has a temperature holding range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and a temperature between this range can be set by operators to suit their specific application. Cold temperatures in the case are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an alternative to less eco-friendly traditional refrigerants, while users can conveniently access the condensing unit for cleaning and servicing with its slide-out design.
