True Refrigeration TDM-R-77-GE/GE-B-W Description
The True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-B-W full-service bakery case shows off baked goods through curved front glass and glass ends, and LED lights shine in the bright white interior to enhance visibility and improve the presentation of displayed items. Three shelves, which are adjustable to accommodate different items, are included with the unit and made of wire that encourages air to flow all around the product. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds, and the entire unit can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans and (12) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Staff members can reach into the case from the rear though a sliding glass door with a 12-inch aluminum handle, retrieving baked goods for customers.
The refrigeration system in this True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-B-W bakery display case uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the temperature at the right level. Depending on the application, operators can set the temperature on a level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic controller. If the system has an operating issue, the condenser conveniently slides out for maintenance access.
