True Refrigeration TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-W Description
Accommodating eight full-size and 12 half-size display pans, the True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-W full-service bakery case is 77 1⁄4 inches wide, and it includes three shelves that have a wire design, ensuring air can circulate completely around baked goods. These shelves are adjustable and can each hold 150 pounds, and for improved visibility and product presentation, LED lighting shines in the case. Guests can clearly see the displayed items through the glass front and ends, and employees can access them through the rear sliding doors.
Operators can adjust the temperature in the True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-W bakery display case to suit their operation, holding temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring the temperature stays cold, the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and in case of system malfunctions, operators can access the condensing unit with its slide-out design.
