True Refrigeration TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-S Description
The True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-S full-service bakery case has a glass front and sides to display goods and increase impulse purchases. Enhancing product offerings, the interior is illuminated with LED lights. The curved front glass raises for product retrieval, and to load and unload the cabinet, it features two rear sliding glass doors. For environmental considerations, it features a self-contained refrigeration system that operates with natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The evaporator is epoxy coated to resist corrosion, while the condensing fan motor operates in reverse upon compressor start up to clean the condensing coil. To facilitate maintenance, the condensing unit slides out.
For heavy-duty use, the True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-S bakery case is made of resilient stainless steel. The exterior has a sleek, scratch-resistant black powder coating, while the powder-coated white interior increases attention to items placed in it. The three shelves are made of wire to enable uniform airflow, and they can be adjusted to accommodate versatile needs. Insulated with high-density polyurethane, the cabinet maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Enabling operator adjustments, it features electronic temperature controls.
