True Refrigeration TDM-R-48-GE/GE-W-W Description
Featuring three shelves and a solid floor, the True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-W-W full-service bakery case can hold four 18-inch by 26-inch pans, eight 12-inch by 18-inch pans, and two 9-inch by 26-inch pans. Operators can adjust these shelves to accommodate a variety of baked product, and each one holds 150 pounds. Fitting into most settings, both the interior and exterior are white powder coated. Along with LED lights, the white interior brightens the cabinet so that guests can see clearly through the curved front glass and side glass panels.
Employees can reach product in the True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-W-W bakery display case through the swing-up front or sliding rear doors. These doors have aluminum handles, with each one measuring 12 inches long. To fit different applications, the temperature in the unit can be set as high as 38 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as 33 degrees Fahrenheit. If the refrigeration system malfunctions, the condenser can be accessed through its convenient slide-out design.
