True Refrigeration TDM-R-48-GE/GE-S-S Description
Perfect for holding a large amount of baked goods, the True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-S-S full-service bakery case has three adjustable wire shelves. Each one can hold 150 pounds, and their wire construction promotes uniform airflow throughout the cabinet. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are durable and can be wiped clean quickly. LED lighting is used in the case to enhance visibility and presentation. Customers can clearly see into the front and sides of the cabinet, and the front swings up completely to provide full access when needed.
At the rear of the True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-S-S bakery display case, sliding doors with durable aluminum handles enable employees to grab the displayed items. Foamed-in-place insulation holds cold air in the case. The operator can set the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic control system. A more environmentally friendly choice than other options, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used to cool the unit.
