True Refrigeration TDM-R-48-GE/GE-B-W Description
Various baked goods and cold deli products can be held on three adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves and the floor of this True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-B-W full-service bakery case. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds of product, while the cabinet can hold four 18-inch by 26-inch, two 9-inch by 26-inch, and six 12-inch by 18-inch display pans. LED lighting illuminates the interior to enhance product visibility through the curved glass front and end panels. Its exterior is coated in black powder, and the front and side panels are constructed of black aluminum to match. To resist corrosion, its interior is constructed of white powder-coated, cold-rolled steel.
The curved glass front on the True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-B-W bakery case swings up, and the two rear doors slide open and close to provide product access. Using a capillary tube system and environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the refrigeration system has a set temperature range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its slide-out condensing unit is accessible for cleaning and maintenance, and the condenser fan motors reverse to prevent dirt and debris from gathering on the condenser coil.
