True Refrigeration TDM-R-48-GE/GE-S-W Description
The True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-S-W full-service bakery case has three adjustable wire shelves that accommodate 150 pounds each, and together they can hold four 18-inch by 26-inch pans, two 9-inch by 26-inch pans, and eight 12-inch by 18-inch pans. LED lights increase visibility for customers, ensuring they can clearly see through the single-pane front and side glass panels. Because the front glass swings up, operators can completely access the cabinet when necessary. On the rear, sliding glass doors provide convenient access for employees.
The interior of this True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-S-W bakery display case is white powder coated, so it resists corrosion and brightens the case. Constructed of stainless steel, the exterior is heavy duty and cleans up quickly. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to retain cold air and keep ambient air out. Temperatures in the case can be set on the electronic controller to any level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
