Goods in the True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-W-W dual-zone bakery case are surrounded by glass on all sides, so products can be seen. Instead of two flat pieces of glass, the front piece of glass is curved, providing an elegant, unobstructed view of contents, while LED lights ensure all products on the adjustable shelves can be seen. Sliding doors on the rear offer access for grabbing and serving, and the front swings up for full cleaning access.
Both the interior and exterior of the True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-W-W dual-zone display case have been coated with white powder, adding corrosion resistance. A steel frame rail supports the structure that is insulated by polyurethane foam, and the unit has an unrefrigerated section and a refrigerated section, the latter keeping contents from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains dirt-free condensing coils with a reversing fan. For quick access, the refrigeration unit pulls out.
