True Refrigeration TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-B-W Description
The True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-B-W dual-zone bakery case supports contents on six PVC-coated shelves, each of which is adjustable to accommodate various baked goods. LED lighting keeps products bright and visible. Glass on the sides and front shows contents to customers, and the curved front enables customers to look up closely without a horizontal bar blocking their sight. Resisting dings and corrosion, the interior is white-coated steel, while a horizontal frame rail and polyurethane insulation support the structure. Staff members can see through the rear glass doors and reach through them to get pastries for customers.
The True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-B-W dual-zone display case provides two areas for baked goods. One space holds contents at room temperature, while the other stays between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, maintained by a capillary tube refrigeration system. It uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and slides out for fast access.
