The True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-S-W dual-zone bakery case has a sturdy construction, and its stainless steel exterior resists rusting and denting. Its interior and frame rail are also made of steel and have a powder coating for corrosion protection. Tempered glass surrounds product on all sides, enabling customers to see in from many different angles, and LED lights further enhance views into the cabinet. Staff members can reach contents through sliding doors on the rear, and the front glass swings up to provide complete access.

The True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-S-W dual-zone has two display areas, one of which holds product at room temperature for dry goods. A second area stays at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit and can keep chocolate or fruit solid and fresh. All cooling components are held in a single area for speedy maintenance, and the unit slides out for access.
