True Refrigeration TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-S-S Description
The True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-S-S dual-zone bakery case is made of stainless steel to withstand daily use. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place in the cabinet to add structure, and the heavy-duty frame rail prevents warping. For increased visibility, the front glass panels are curved, and LED lights shine in the display while glass surrounds the baked goods on all sides, so customers can see product at an angle. Inside the cabinet, six chrome-plated shelves support product and can be raised or lowered as needed to accommodate product height. In the back, sliding doors give staff members access for serving goods, and the front glass lifts up for rearranging merchandise or cleaning the interior.
The two sections of the True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-S-S dual-zone display case offer space for dry and refrigerated goods, with the dry section holding items at room temperature and the refrigerated section keeping items from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses a capillary tubes system and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to uphold these cool temperatures. For proper operation, the fan automatically reverses to keep debris off the condensing coils. For cleaning or servicing, the condenser slides out for access.
