True Refrigeration T-23-HC Description
The True T-23-HC LH reach-in refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system, maintaining temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and a capillary tube system to send R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant around the cabinet. Large evaporator fan blades consistently move air around for even temperatures, which are displayed on the exterior. Since the system is mounted on the bottom,it can be accessed for maintenance.
Though it doesn't replace preventative maintenance, the reverse condensing fan motor helps remove dirt and dust buildup on the condensing coil. By blowing its fan in a reverse direction for 20 sesconds when the unit is turned on, the coil can maintain a more clean surface over time, improving operation and efficiency.
The exterior and interior are made of stainless steel and aluminum, and the floor has coved corners that simplify cleaning up spilled product. Polyurethane insulation traps cold air, while the gasket around the door frame prevents cold air leaks. A stainless steel door has a 12-inch recessed handle that is permanently attached to the door with a sheet metal interlock. For product holding, the True T-23-HC LH one-section refrigerator comes with three PVC-coated shelves.
