The strong, all-metal construction of the Traulsen G10011 one-section reach-in refrigerator supports high-demand applications. It is made of a heavy-duty stainless steel front, anodized aluminum sides and interior, and steel shelves with an epoxy coating to provide corrosion resistance. Air can flow evenly through the wire shelves, while the guard on the side walls creates a channel for air to flow without product obstruction.
The microprocessor controller can be set to a temperature level between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit in this Traulsen G10011 single-section refrigerator. The LED screen displays the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, depending on user preference. The refrigeration system is mounted on the top of the cabinet, separating the components from dirt and debris that could clog the condenser. The components are accessible behind the front louver, and the condenser faces the front for convenient cleaning access.
