True Refrigeration T-23G-HC~FGD01 Description
The double-pane glass door on the True T-23G-HC~FGD01 single-section refrigerator helps staff members find ingredients without opening the door and releasing cold air. With a torsion closure system, this door closes by itself, and magnetic gaskets create a seal to reduce cold air leaks around the door frame. The unit has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel front that can withstand heavy use. LED lights shine on the interior’s PVC-coated shelves, which adjust in 1⁄2-inch increments.
Cabinet temperatures range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and can be monitored on the external display. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a more environmentally friendly option than traditional refrigerants. Thought it is prone to take in more dirt than top-mounted units, the bottom-mounted refrigeration system can be accessed for maintenance.
The reverse condensing fan motor in this True T-23G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator acts as a self-cleaning tool that can improve the condensing coil's operation and efficiency. When the unit is turned on, it directs air in a revese direction to help remove collection of dust, dirt, and debris from the coil. Though this is an effective mechanism, it should not replace preventative maintenance.

Its a really good looking refridgerator. Nice to see everything before opening. Keeps at 36 degrees consistently. Draw backs are the castor wheels don't have good enough brakes.. The refer pulls open but with a jerk in order to keep it in place because the wheel brakes wont hold it and the magnetic/seal holds tight. It makes running noise when its recoverying from opening and then very quiet after that. If you want quiet like a home refer this will disappoint you. I knew this before hand and dont mind it. I use it in a home application for extra refrideration and love it!
