The Traulsen G11011 one-section reach-in refrigerator's three shelves are coated in epoxy for corrosion resistance. Because these shelves are wire, they have gaps that permit air to flow freely and evenly around the product. A Load-Sure Guard keeps product separate from the wall, ensuring the air has a clear path. This high performing, energy-efficient system's microprocessor control is equipped with an LED temperature display. The evaporator coil is located outside the food zone to provide operators with more usable product space.
This Traulsen G11011 single-section refrigerator has exterior sides and interior panels that are constructed of anodized aluminum, and the full-height hinged glass door comes with locks for theft prevention. This unit's door gaskets are long-lasting and simple to clean, and because its condenser coil is front facing, it supports maintenance more than rear-facing models. The door hinges are durable, and the locking casters measure 6 inches tall.
