True Refrigeration T-23-2-HC Description
The True T-23-2-HC single-section refrigerator has two left-hinge, solid half doors, increasing energy efficiency since opening one door does not let as much cold air escape as a full door. A 12-inch recessed handle is foamed in place on each door, while magnetic gaskets around the door frames prevent cold air leaks. Stainless steel and strong aluminum make up the exterior, while the interior has a clear-coat aluminum liner to resist corrosion, and the stainless steel floor has coved corners to simplify cleanup.
With a bottom-mount refrigeration system, the True T-23-2-HC reach-in refrigerator has accessible components for maintenance. Temperatures range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and are regulated by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system, while a consistent volume of air is evenly circulated throughout the cabinet with the condenser and evaporator fan motors. To help improve the condensing coil's lifespan and operation, the condensing fan motor dirt and dust buildup is blown away with the reverse condensing fan motor, which blows for 20 seconds upon start up. This mechanism helps eliminate buildup of dirt, dust, and debris, enabling it to work more efficiently. Users should continue to integrate preventative maintenance practices in tandem with this technology.
