Cres Cor EB-120 Description
Accommodating a variety of covered plates for storage and transport, the Cres Cor EB-120 heated banquet cart has three wire shelves that circulate airflow through the gaps. With a low height, users can view food pans during transport to make sure nothing spills, and the cabinet rolls smoothly because it is mounted on casters, two of which swivel for transportation over uneven surfaces, including carpets. When the cabinet is full, operators can use the bridge handles to get a good grip and push the heavy cart from the kitchen to the banquet room.
The Cres Cor EB-120 heated banquet cart reaches temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. With a fully insulated cabinet, this unit prevents heat escape, keeping food at optimal temperatures for serving. So the unit doesn’t damage anything when it is rolled around the room, the durable welded base includes a bumper. Built to withstand wear and tear, this unit is made of heavy-duty stainless steel.
