Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 Description
The Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 banquet cart can hold plate carriers, trays, or (128) 9-inch covered plates. Using the proprietary Halo Heat system, this unit evenly warms food without cooking it. Up and down arrows enable operators to set the interior temperature to a level between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
The indicator light turns on while the Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 meal delivery cart is heating and, once it reaches the desired temperature, it will shut off. Users can then load the unit full of hot food. Its solid door holds in heat while its stainless steel construction is durable to resist collisions. To prevent accidental dings and dents, a bumper surrounds its bottom perimeter, while handles on each end support steering the cart around obstacles.
