Cres Cor EB-96 Description
Reaching a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cres Cor EB-96 heated banquet cart keeps food warm until it is ready to be served, while the four shelves accommodate (96) 11-inch covered plates or a variety of other sized plates. To ensure food is heated uniformly, the wire grid construction guides airflow through the gaps. For heating, This machine uses a bottom-mounted power unit, and to prevent hot air from escaping, the cabinet is fully insulated.
The Cres Cor EB-96 heated banquet cabinet is made mobile with 6-inch casters, two of which are fixed to guide it in a straight line through the dining hall, while the other two have brakes to keep the unit still. Operators can maneuver the cart using the push handles, which are recessed to minimize their footprint, staying out of the aisle. A bumper is mounted around the entire cabinet perimeter, so if accidents occur during transport, the cart and the obstacle will both be safe from damage.
