Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 Description
The Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 banquet cart uses Halo Heat® to provide even temperatures throughout the interior. Its temperature setting shows up on the display and operators can adjust it with the up and down arrow buttons. This unit has a range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit—intended to warm food for serving, not cook it. While heating up, the indicator light comes on and stays on until the unit reaches the set temperature. Then it is ready to be loaded with hot food.
This Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 meal delivery cart can hold trays, covered plates, or plate carriers depending on what is on hand. Its doors are solid to retain heat and, for durability, the unit is constructed of stainless steel. It resists scarring, rusting, and denting, featuring a full-perimeter bumper around the bottom. This bumper absorbs the force of impacts and is designed to prevent wall markings.
